About MHSA

Maui Horse Show Association was founded in 1989. Over the past (more than) 25 years, MHSA has offered a competitive, yet friendly environment for Maui equestrians. We sanction shows and offer clinics in the Hunter, Jumper, and Western Riding disciplines. We have been offering clinics in Working Equitation as well, which is becoming more and more popular on our little island!

We are completely volunteer run. Thank you to our board and members for keeping MHSA alive!

Membership is offered for those who wish to earn points towards awards presented at our Year End Banquet. See the Handbook below for rules and guidelines.

For those who would like to compete in the Hunter/Jumper shows, we are pleased to announce that our shows participate in the United States Hunter Jumper Association’s Outreach Program. This means you can compete right here at home on Maui, but earn points nationally. See the USHJA Outreach page for more details.
